Stephen Leech

Owner & Master Electrician

Stephen Leech is a registered and licensed Master Electrician in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida, bringing over 30 years of experience in generator installation and electrical work. In 2011, he founded Pike County Generator, Inc., a company specializing in generator installations and panel changes, where he personally oversees and is present on every installation to ensure quality and reliability. Outside of his work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife in Vermont, balancing his passion for excellence in his trade with time in the outdoors.

Nicole Norwood

Office Manager

Nicole Norwood has been a valued member of Pike County Generator, Inc. since 2014. She holds a career diploma in Administrative Assistance and plays a key role in keeping the office and operations running smoothly. Outside of work, Nicole stays busy caring for her three dachshunds, who keep her on her toes and add plenty of joy to her days.

Dakota Hess-Baker

GENERAC Certified Service Technician

Dakota Hess-Baker began working with Pike County Generator, Inc. in 2014 and has continued to grow his expertise ever since. He graduated from Ohio Technical College in 2015 and pursued further education through 2016 to expand his knowledge and skills in generator technology. When he’s not in the shop, Dakota enjoys fishing and dedicating time to deepening his understanding of generators, combining his passion for the trade with hands-on experience.
